Bought these for my son for a trip to SEA. Loved that they were lightweight, closed toe & wide beach shoes. However these didn’t last at all. After wearing them a few times on beach days, the strap completely detached. Unfortunately, we ended up having to throw them away since we would be traveling for another 2 weeks. We have the girl version of these and those are completely fine. Seems like the boy versions are a bit different. That’s too bad. I really prefer these to keens since they were so lightweight. Only other gripe are the straps velcro differently than the girl version. Instead of Velcroing to one side, the entire middle line lifts up on both sides instead. Although on both sides it’s slightly centered so standing up to put on the shoes is a little more challenging for my 8 year old.

I love the design and functionality. Unfortunately they came apart. One pair the Velcro ripped off and the strap came off of the base. I got a replacement pair and the strap came off the base of both of those. So disappointed as they are really cute.
