Order & Shipping Information
If you haven’t received a confirmation email for a recent purchase, first check your spam/junk email folder. Sometimes the automated confirmation page is sent there. Please also check that your order was placed on www.reef.com and not on another retailer site. If you still aren’t finding it, please contact us at shop at [email protected].
All next day or 2-day orders must placed by 2PM ET / 11AM PT in order to ship out same-day.
Estimated delivery for FedEx ground shipping is 5-7 business days, but with congestion in the carrier systems it could take longer.
Estimated delivery for FedEx Ground Economy is 7-10 business days
You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped that will included an estimated arrival date.
*Delivery outside of the continental United States may add 7-10 additional days to delivery.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. This email will contain your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for shipment details to display once your order has been picked up by the delivery carrier.

We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However our orders get processed super quickly so we can get them to your doorstep! As a result, we are not able to cancel or edit orders due to system limitations.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at [email protected].
REEF offers FedEx Ground Economy, which takes 7-10 business days once the order has shipped, as well as standard shipping, which takes 5-7 days once the order has shipped, as well as 2 day and next day shipping methods. We do our best to ship all orders placed by 2PM ET / 11AM PT that same-day, otherwise by the following business day. Reef ships Mon-Fri, excluding Sat-Sun & holidays.

Commitment to Quality
I'm sorry! We only sell products that have gone through rigorous quality testing. But occasionally, mistakes happen. If your item was purchased on REEF.com, please email us at [email protected]. We handle all product issues on a case by case basis. We appreciate if you could include all relevant details in your email - your name, order number, what you purchased, and what the issue is. Extra points for photos! We really appreciate you notifying us of any defects because it helps us improve. It is our goal to make the very best products for you! If your item was purchased in a store, please contact the store directly to arrange for a return or exchange. We generally are only able to refund or exchange items purchased on Reef.com. For more information, please visit www.reef.com/pages/limited-warranty.
All orders placed on REEF.com are covered under a Limited Warranty. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with Reef products. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your product, please email us at [email protected]. We are happy to talk to you on a case by case basis.
Limited Edition and Limited Quantities
Ugh, bummer. Sorry you missed out but we want to make sure you get the next release! The waitlist is the best way to obtain a sold-out product. Go to the page of the product you want and look for a box that says "email me when available". Enter your email. Once the product becomes available, you will be personally notified. We encourage you to order it quickly once you get the email - our styles go fast!
Payments
Reef.com accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, and Klarna.for installments.
Your original method of payment will be refunded once we process your package at our fulfillment center. You will receive an email notifying you when your package arrives at our fulfillment center AND again after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that shipping fees and all applicable taxes on shipping charges are non-refundable.
Promotions & Sales
We are unable to retroactively apply discounts once an order has been placed. If you have a discount code you forgot to use please contact consumercare@reefcom.
Discounts and/or promotions cannot be stacked. If you’ve already taken advantage of a discount or promotion, we will not be able to apply another one to your order.
You have a Reef gift card, lucky you! Reef egift cards are easy to redeem. Pick out the items you love, add them to your cart, and input the gift card number during checkout.
All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for returns or exchanges and will show as such within the Loop Returns portal. This includes items purchased during clearance events, promotions, and sales.
Gifting
We offer Reef eGift cards in denominations between $50 and $200. We do not currently offer physical gift cards.
