At REEF, comfort and durability guide everything we make. Our footwear is designed for everyday wear—simple, functional, and ready for your day. As we design and build our products, we stay mindful of material choices and sourcing decisions, taking a considered approach that supports quality, consistency, and responsible practices.

Our products are made to be worn often and relied on over time. By focusing on thoughtful construction and long-lasting comfort, we aim to create footwear that stays in rotation instead of being quickly replaced. It’s a straightforward approach rooted in usefulness, longevity, and everyday ease.

We steer clear of materials that are unnecessary or known to be harmful. This includes avoiding PVCs and PFCs in our footwear, supporting cleaner production practices without overstatement or excess.

Some styles incorporate recycled PET webbing, turning post-consumer plastics into durable, flexible components. These materials are applied selectively, based on fit, function, and feel.

When leather is part of the design, we work with tanneries that meet recognized environmental standards and are exclusively awarded Gold ratings by the Leather Working Group. These partnerships help ensure consistent quality and responsible processing, aligned with our commitment to making products that are built with care.
